Dissatisfied with the healthy food options available, Gabriela set out to literally get her hands dirty to deliver what she believes to be the perfect, balanced diet. After two years of sheer dedication and training of her kitchen team and lounge and bar hosts, she opened her restaurant next to the organic and healthy food emporium complex, with a special selection, made by her, of foods that she calls basic and indispensable for everyday life, along with a boutique made up of organic cosmetics among other items necessary for a healthy lifestyle, a mini zoo with loving and beautiful animals for children to live with and a grassy space by the stream, very special for organic picnics and family relaxation.
